275th Anniversary Ball to be held on Saturday October 3rd.
TEWKSBURY - The 275th Anniversary Committee cordially invites all town residents to join them on Saturday October 3rd at the 275th Anniversary Ball.  

The event will be held at the Tewksbury Senior Center at 175 Chandler Street.    Cocktails & Hors d'oeuvre at 6:30pm.  A family style roast beef and chicken breast dinner will be served at 7:30pm.   Beer and Wine is available.

Entertainment provided by Jack Knox & The Continentals.   The event is Semi-Formal or Colonial Attire.   Cost is $35.00per person

The Tewksbury Historical Society is asking for your assistance to help locate pictures, documents and other artifacts from Tewksbury for a local history book that they are working on!
The Tewksbury Historical Society is seeking to borrow, accept donations, or in some cases purchase copies of Tewksbury related historical documents, pictures and any other items for a book that we are currently putting together.  We will electronically scan these items and create high resolution images for the book and to display on our  website.  In addition, the high quality images we create will be archived to long life DVD-R media so that future generations will also have access. 

The equipment we use will not hurt the original and it only takes a few moments to scan images and documents.  In most cases, if you feel comfortable loaning us your Tewksbury items then we can easily have them back to you on the very next day.  If there are concerns about loaning out these items to the Society then any of our members will be happy to meet with you at a convenient location and time of your choosing (i.e. Local Residences, Town Library, Town Senior Center, etc) with the digital imaging equipment that we use to capture a copy of these items.   You can email tewksburyhistoricalsociety@msn.com or call us at (978) 851-5762 for more information.
